The following documents are needed for a UC Staff person to verify your identity:
Color copies of the front and back of one primary document and one secondary document with your full social security number (SSN). A list of acceptable documents is listed below.
If a primary document is not presented, a
color copy of the front and back of
two secondary documents must be provided. One of these two documents must contain your full social security number.
If the names on these documents do not match, you must provide a
color copy of a marriage certificate or any applicable court documents to explain why the names on the documents do not match.

Upload and Email: From your dashboard, under the Unemployment Services widget, choose “Provide Additional Documentation.” After uploading documents, you must email us at
uchelp@pa.gov using Subject: ID Verification to let us know your documents are available for review. (We will not know you have uploaded documents unless you tell us.)
